Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act
Article 2 of the Act on the Implementation of the Waste Framework Directive/AbfRRL provides for an amendment to Paragraph 18 of the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act. According to this amendment, the status of compliance with the quantitative targets under Paragraph 10 (3) and Paragraph 22 (1) of the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act by producers must be published annually.
